Fancort Pneumatic Column Press Kit
Fancort is a world leader in high quality aerospace pneumatic presses. Our sister company builds these presses in our New Jersey location nearby the Autoblocks facility. This enables us to quickly add a pneumatic column press to your Autoblocks system. Pressing forces up to 1 ton are standard. Our AutoBlocks kit includes the one BP-500 column press up to 1 ton force, adjustable column, pneumatic cylinder, and controls.
i. Pneumatic Press up to 1 ton of force.
ii. Adjustable height up to 10.5”
iii. Strokes from 3 to 9”
iv. Include structural base to integrator with Autoblocks base blocks.
v. Includes software and controls kit integration to the Turn block.
vi. Includes anvil support of the turn table to allow for table loads up to 1 ton.
